The English Garden, Bedfordshire

This garden design and build project on a large, country garden in Bedfordshire involved the designer carefully selecting a suitable paving stone to match the historic, period property. It was important that the colour of the stone blended in with the property and with existing paving within the garden, the paving also needed to look instantly worn and aged. In the end, the hard landscaping of the garden incorporated a number of reclaimed materials sourced from reclamation yards to ensure that some of the paving detail was original.
